Christin McClave

Christin Is a highly regarded family business leadership coach and dynamic speaker who specializes in helping family-owned businesses thrive through effective communication, strategic talent planning, and transformational leadership experiences. She is a seasoned leader and executive coach, with a wealth of experience in nurturing next-generation leaders and ensuring sustainable transitions within all types of global organizations - for profit, non-profit and family businesses.

With decades of experience in her own 3G family business and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics within family enterprises, Christin brings practical insights, actionable strategies, and inspiring stoles to empower family business owners, successors, and stakeholders. Christin's rich business experience is rooted in her time at CARDONE Industries, a global, sustainable manufacturing company where she held roles from EVP & Chief People Officer to COO. She was responsible for overseeing a multitude of global operating functions across the US, Canada, China and Mexico including IT, HR, Digital Transformation, E-Commerce, and M&A integration. In May 2019, she led the successful sale of CARDONE, her 3G family business to one of the world's largest private equity firms.

Prior to joining CARDONE, Christin received her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CT), and she holds her accreditation with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Combining these qualifications with her operational experience and earlier career experience working for Johnson & Johnson, she provides comprehensive coaching to executives and emerging family leaders looking to forge and transform their current leadership trajectory.

In the business world, Sandy learned branding, strategy and operations from standard bearers. In the leadership development world, Sandy learned how to mine for the best in people and culture from standard bearers. Now her days are dedicated to expanding leaders' range and elevating their impact by sharing what she has learned. Together with clients, Sandy works to clarify and leverage what's unique about them, their teams, and their organizations so all enjoy more meaningful profitability and vibrant lives.

Sandy’s specialty: supporting leaders and organizations who have a strong sense it is time for more - time to find a new gear that will move them into what is next for their business and their personal leadership journeys.  Sandy has significant professional experience reinforcing and reinventing world-class brands – and herself! – and knows what it takes to move toward what’s next.

Sandy is a relationship-oriented, creative thinking facilitator who has come to rely on her faith for a more meaningful life; Sandy is always ready and willing to make faith - irrespective of faith orientation - part of a leadership development and meaningful life conversation.

As a leadership and organizational development consultant, and executive coach, Jim helps organizations hire, develop and retain key talent as well as design and implement measurable and scalable systems to drive organizational change to provide superior business results. This is accomplished by aligning critical talent with clear business objectives.

Also, as a licensed Marriage and Family therapist I work with individuals, couples, families and businesses to foster an understanding of how family systems work, how to yield positive relationships and results and help create health.
